教学内容: Unit 7 What’s the matter ? (Story time)

教学目标:

1、能听懂,会读,会说单词:happy , hungry, ill, sad, thirsty, tired,dear.

2、能听懂,会读,会说句子:What’s the matter ? Are you…? I’m ... Can I have … ? Here you are./Come and have…/ I want to…/ Good night.

教学重难点:

1、能听懂,会读,会说单词:happy, hungry, ill, sad, thirsty, tired,dear.

2、能听懂,会读,会说句子:What’s the matter?

Are you happy/hungry /ill/sad/thirsty /tired?

I’m happy/hungry /ill/sad/thirsty /tired .

Can I have…?Here you are

I want to ..../Good night.

Step1: Warm up

Brianstorm

TI’m hungry. I want to eat a hamburger. Can you say more words about food?

Ss:…

T: I’m thirsty. I want to drink some water. Can you say more words about drinks?

Ss:…

Talk about

What would you like?

引出I’m hungry /thirsty.

Step2: Presentation

1. A song

T: Look, there are two new friends coming. This is Teddy and this is Puppy.

Show Teddy and Puppy (play the cartoon)

T: Can you ask the questions? Let’s read the Qs together.

1. What’s the matter, Teddy?

2. What’s the matter, Puppy?

Ss watch the cartoon and answer the question

T: What’s the matter, Teddy?

S1: He’s hungry.

T: What’s the matter, Puppy?

S2: He’s hungry and thirsty.

TLook, who is he? What’s the matter with Mike?

S: He’s tired. (teach: “tired”)

T: Are you tired? (show the picture)

S: No, I am not, I am ill. (teach “ill”)

3. Chant: (男女生交替读)

T: Ok, now boys and girls, let’s say a chant.

Teddy, Teddy, what’s the matter?(B)

Hungry, hungry, I’m hungry.(G)

Puppy, Puppy, what’s the matter?(B)

Hungry, thirsty. Hungry and thirsty.(G)

TCan you make the sentence like this:

5.Story time (the first story)

(a)T: Let’s read the Qs. Listen to the recorder, then try to answer the Qs.
